Glow Bug Cloth Diapers & Giveaway

I have always been curious about cloth diapering. My son is 2 years old and I used disposable diapers on him from day one. At the time he was born, I did not have a washer or dryer. The apartment my fiance' and I lived in did not even have washer and dryer hook ups.  So, having a washer and dryer was out of the question.

As a first time mom I did not know much about cloth diapering. My mom used disposable on my sister and I. I honestly was a little intimidated by the thought of cloth diapering. When I thought of cloth diapers, I think of the old fashioned ones you use the clothes pins with.
Cloth diapers sure have changed a LOT since back then!

Since I had my daughter at the end of May, I have been thinking about possibly switching to cloth diapers. Not only would I save money, but I would also be helping the environment! I looked up online and found out that
"The average child uses about 8149 diapers from birth to potty training." That is a LOT of diapers!!!

I was very happy to be given the opportunity to review Glow Bug Cloth Diapers. I have heard nothing but good things about the company and their product so far. This made me even more excited to review their diapers!

I really like the design of these diapers. They have many different adorable patterns, like this one.

As you can see it has multiple rows of snaps. This so you can use the diaper as your baby grows! These diapers fit babies from newborn to potty training (7lbs to 35lbs).

It is a pocket diaper, so it has a removable insert. As you can see on the left hand side there is a snap, that is how you secure it to the cloth diaper.

I also really like the 360 "Gusset", it really gives me the sense of security that there will not be any overnight blow out diapers! Below you can also see the flaps to the opening on each end. I personally feel the two openings makes it really easy to put the insert in!

What makes these cloth diapers unique?
-Double rows of snaps with square tabs for a trim fit through the hip
-Two sets of cross-over snaps through the waist band for a perfect fit around newborn tummies

- NEW SlimDry™ fabric keeps baby’s skin dry without the bulk
- Improved waterproof flaps in the front and the back to prevent leaks

- Wing snaps on top row to prevent drooping

Not only do I LOVE their patterns, but the diapers are well made with quality materials. My daughter is a heavy diaper wetter and they  worked very well for her. She did not have any leaks or blow out diapers. It worked perfectly for naps and overnight!
