Lately I have been in a kick to being healthier. I am exercising more , eating healthier and eating smaller portions. I actually just did my second 5k and hopefully will be doing 2 more this year! I really love to cook, but most of the time I draw a blank on what to make. Other times I just do not have the time to cook! I have two kiddos and the day can be super busy and chaotic. A lot of the times I turn to quick and easy meals and sometimes the meal is fast food. Needless to say probably 99.9% of my meals I eat or make is full of who knows what and is definitely not clean!
I was really happy to be given the opportunity to review this E-book Clean Food Diet by Johnathon Vine.
This book tells you how to shop clean, how to eat clean and how to cook clean! I honestly did not realize how much food has bad additives! My favorite part of the book are the oh so yummy recipes in the back!
I really enjoyed reading this book and cannot wait to cook a few of the yummy looking recipes!
