My son LOVES to listen to music! I have Pandora Radio on my cell phone. My son has a few of his own stations on Pandora.
Now that he is two he loves longer baths. He likes to play with his bath toys and just splash around. He is too young to be left alone in the tub just yet and other than the splashing noises and occasional music from a duck bath toy... bath time is way quite boring and quiet!
I was very excited to be given the opportunity to try out Liztek's water resistant Bluetooth shower speaker!
I had to charge the speaker before I could use it. It did not take long to charge. While charging there is a red light visible and once it is done charging the red light goes off and the speaker makes a noise. I really like that there is not only a visual but a noise that tells you the speaker is charged. If you leave something plugged in after the batter has been charged it can actually ruin the battery. Same goes with laptops and phones. It is even suggested that if you want to have your laptop plugged in, to remove the battery.
Anyways before I deviate too much about batteries and how to extend their life, I must continue talking about the Liztek Shower Speaker!
So far I have tried it while taking a shower. The speaker itself does not have any volume control buttons and I found it a little hard to hear the music.
The second time I used the speaker was out in the living room! I connected my phone via Bluetooth and played one of my stations on Pandora Radio while doing a few things on my computer. The speaker was just loud enough for me to jam to my tunes but not loud enough to wake up my daughter who was sleeping! I know this product is made to use the acoustics of the shower stall to "amplify" the music, but I was showing the product to my mom. One of my all time favorite songs came on and I just decided to just leave the speaker on!
While showing the product off to my mom, I also tested out the calling feature of the speaker. I made a call on my cell phone while it was connected to the speaker. I had a full conversation with my dad through this speaker with no issues. I even asked him if he could hear me well. I was holding the speaker and he not only heard me but he heard my mom, who was on the others side of the room.
Next, I will finally use the speaker for my son during bath time! I cant wait to jam out to some tunes from his Pandora Radio stations!
