I apologize for the short review, I have been sick and dealing with two sick kiddos.

Lately I have been getting really serious about being healthier and more active. I try to exercise daily. I say TRY because the last couple weeks due to me and the kiddos getting sick , getting better, only to get sick again! Not Fun! I have actually slacked with taking my vitamins (well anything other than my multivitamin).

Before I decided to try this product I did some research first. I found this information on Amazon:

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) are game changers. Not only are they integral to cell health and speedy recovery and growth; free-form BCAA also does NOT get stuck in the liver, but shoots straight through to your muscles. Of course, that is more than can be said for substances such as croscaramellose sodium, copovidone and magnesium stearate.

But why mention such garbage in the same breath as BCAA? Because most BCAA supplements are sold with exactly these noxious excipients (they’re really cheap to make). Not so with AminoHD 1000. I really liked the fact that this product has no fillers. All it is branch chain amino acids, nothing else! The bottle is GIGANTIC and has 450 pills, this will last me a LONG time! I took this as directed, between meals and after I worked out. As stated I did not wake up with a bunch of muscle. I could tell a difference since I have slacked taking them.

I have to say, I have become a fan of Trim Nutrition's products! This is the third product I have tried so far. Each of their products I try , I end up telling EVERYONE about.

Lately I have slacked with taking my vitamins ( I have quite a few I take). My kiddos recently got sick and I have fallen behind in my blogging. I have obligations and deadlines I have to meet, I REFUSE to miss a deadline! Even if it means I am up till midnight or later!

I should have been taking my Power Cell all along. Maybe I would not be getting sick again if I had not slacked!

When I was taking this product, I took it along with the Trim Energy with Appetite Control. I also drank a Trim Fuel Protein Shake every morning. YES, I slacked with all of that! Now that I am not as swamped ,I will be starting again tomorrow. I felt all these products worked really well together.

Power Cell alone I could tell really did help strengthen my nails. I have been biting my nails since I was about 10 years old. The reason being a combination of a way to cope with stress and me irritated at my nails being so flimsy when I do grow them out. I could even tell the anti-oxidants worked well. I had not gotten sick for a while, then I slacked off with everything and got sick!

I highly recommend this product along with any other product by Trim Nutrition.
They not only have great quality products, but they also REALLY WORK!

A information about me. I am 26 years old and a mommy to two wonderful kiddos. My son Wyatt is 2 years old and my daughter Samantha will be 5 months October 30th. I not only am lacking energy but I also need to lose weight. One of my issues with keeping weight off is my snacking. I also have a sweet tooth so i tend to go to unhealthy foods when I do snack.

 I take it twice a day , in the morning and at night before bed. I could really tell that this product really works. I had more than enough energy throughout the day. I was able to play and interact with the kids, enjoy breakfast and lunch with them, make dinner for the whole family once my fiance' came home from work , bathe the kiddos, put them down for bed and still have energy to clean up the apartment a little before I go to bed. I did not get a crash like with energy drinks. Last time I tried an energy drink, I had an extremely hard time falling asleep that evening.

I have actually slacked in taking this and I can definitely tell a difference. At the end of the day I am so drained and tired I barely have enough energy to drag myself to my bed and pass out as soon as my head hits the pillow!

As for the appetite control portion I could really tell that I was not craving to snack as much. I could actually go through a day with out wanting to munch every time I stepped foot in the kitchen. I also did not crave sweets as much either.

I have recently slacked and forgot to take them for a few days. I can really tell a difference! My energy level has plummeted and I now crave crave crave to snack snack snack ALL the time again!
I am really going to make it a point to start taking it again. I will set a reminder on my phone and put a post it note up for even more visual reminder.

I am really pleased with the results of this product and highly recommend using it!

After a year of  waking up in in horrible pain and after multiple visits to the emergency room, I FINALLY found out I had multiple gall stones. Even though my symptoms ended up being TEXTBOOK gallbladder issues, I almost thought I would never find out what was wrong with me! I also felt like I would start glowing in the dark the amount of x-rays I had been given that year!

 In 2007 I had my gallbladder removed. Having it removed was the smartest decision, no more waking up at 4-5 am in pain for 2 hours or more. On the other hand , ever since then I have had a sensitive stomach.

Trim Fuel Protein Shake Review + Giveaway

 

 First, I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Courtney and I am 26 years old. I am a mommy to two wonderful children. My little man Wyatt is 2 and my princess is almost 4 months ( boy does time fly!).  I started using this product along with my exercise regiment (which I am still working on and tweaking). My goals are to lose weight for my upcoming wedding in April and to form healthier habits.

Trim Nutrition is the company I went through to get my Whey Powder protein shakes.
Their protein shakes come in 4 flavors Chocolate, Vanilla, Apple Cinnamon and Mocha Latte'.

 

I spoke with a Trim Nutrition representative, who was extremely helpful, and he suggested drinking this as a breakfast meal supplement. At first I tried out the single serve packets of the flavors Chocolate, Vanilla and Apple Cinnamon. ( I hope to soon try the Mocha Latte flavor !)
I really liked all the flavors I tried! The apple Cinnamon tasted just like an apple pie! YUM!


I decided to stick with Chocolate since I am like the biggest Chocoholic ever! I enjoyed adding a banana to my shake one morning and another morning I added a small glob of peanut butter with my shake... SUPER YUMMY! It also tastes good to add a sprinkle of cinnamon into the shake! There are also many other things you can add to spice up your shake for the day! Ive also heard of some people adding a scoop of frozen yogurt as a treat. It doesn't hurt to splurge once in a while, just have to make sure you don't make a habit of doing it all the time! :-)

In addition to my morning breakfast shake so far I have been working out once a week. Through the  Meetup app on my phone, I found a fitness coach who offers free exercise classes. So far we have done Focus T25, P90x, and 21 day fix exercises. The class is an hour long and boy does it kick my butt!! I also just recently finished a 5k walk/run called The Flavor Run. I had a blast! To step it up with my exercise routine, as soon as September is over, I will start one of those 30 day challenges. I am thinking about doing the ab crunches one, where you do multiple different types of crunches every day, for a whole month. After that 30 day challenge I plan on moving on to another one!

I am extremely happy with my results from the exercise and whey protein shake combo. I so far have lost 3 lbs and that is from just drinking my shake every morning, watching what I eat and working out ONCE a week! The last time I weighed myself  was before the 5k run, so I am eager to see what progress I have made since then! Below is my most current progress photo... I had only taken two (I know I need to take more!). My first photo I posted to facebook and i guess it was deleted by the groups admin because i was in my underwear and bra. In the photo I was completely covered , probably more covered up than some bathing suits out there, oh well. I looked in my phone and I guess it never saved there , so ... Ill make this my starting point photo. There was not that much of a difference between the photos anyways. I cant wait to continue my Trim Fuel journey and reach my goal of becoming healthier (yes I will be taking and posting more progress photos!)

This product is used to aid in weight loss, it is made by a tart fruit which is commonly used in oriental food recipes.

I tried this product for a few days, but the 80% content was just a little too strong for my stomach. I have no gall bladder and my stomach is sensitive to certain things and I react to things differently than most people.

Even though it has been 7 years since I had my gall bladder removed, my stomach is still on the sensitive side. I am not sure if it is because my body changed a lot through my two pregnancies; My kids are only 20 months a part. Colon detox round two THIS time True Sol brand!

A short review (sorry have not been feeling the greatest , there should be more detailed reviews coming up once i feel more like myself)

I did a colon detox with another product, but after a couple days my system still felt a lil sluggish (not that the other kind was bad or didn't work)Just instead of staying with the same brand I figured I would try out the colon detox with True Sol. Which the only Omega 3 fish oil i will take is also made by true sol!

I again did 5 days of one pill in the morning and one 3-4 hours before bed (did not want to get cozy in bed only to have to get up to use the bathroom!) TRUE SOL Garcinia Cambogia Review

I was kind of skeptical about taking something like this...

When i opened the bottle, the first thing that came to mind was... it smelled quite funky! Very tart smelling...

I took this for about 2ish weeks... I was going to take longer and written this review earlier but I I had a lot going on and had to put everything else on the back burner... my kids got sick and later on I got sick. Anti-Gas, Anti-bloating, Digestive Aid - Fast Acting Pills

Short review time!!!

Needless to say I have a sensitive stomach, that I abuse on a daily basis with what i eat. I love to eat greasy and sometimes spicy foods; depending on my mood. I also do not have a gall bladder, that was removed in 2007, due to the fact I had extreme pain associated with gall stones. So more often than not the food i eat either gives me gas, bloat or that "Although it was SOOOO tasty, I wish i never ate that" feeling.

I tried these fast acting pills when i knew I was going to eat something that my stomach did really agree with.

After each time i really noticed it helped a ton. I didnt get the bloated ...blah feeling like I after eating certain foods! I will definitely be using this often!

TRUE SOL Omega 3 Fish Oil & Giveaway!

I usually avoid taking fish oil, even when I was taking my prenatal vitamins some brands came with a gel capsule that had fish oil in it. I once even tried one that said it was made from a plant and "no fishy after taste" I opened the bottle and YUCK! It had a STRONG smell of fish! I was like HECK NO! and ended up tossing that bottle.

This product on the other hand is completely different. There is not much to say about the product.Its fish oil and good for you to take! A short review on YACON SYRUP!

I read up online and found out i could take this along with my colon cleanse.
I was a little leary when I saw what it looked like. It is a dark brown looking syrup. Surprisingly its very sweet and almost tastes like a chocolatey coffee.  I took this 3 times a day with each meal. Pure Raspberry Ketones

So I am trying to lose weight for my wedding. Shooting for April 2015! WOO! SO excited!!!
I have never tried a pill to help with weight loss before. I was kinda skeptical at first.

HealthyNow Colon Cleanse

Hmm... This is going to be an interesting review... seeing that it is all about cleansing the bowels and colon.
So... just a heads up there will be kinda a lot of talk about poo and other stuff medical...

I used to have constant "tummy troubles" and in 2007 I found out that I had gall stones and had my gall bladder removed. Ever since then my stomach has been kinda wacky. I would either have diarrhea or be constipated... never "regular". I even lost a lot of weight at one point. Thought that might help, nope! I started off 1 pill in the morning and immediately I had a normal BM.  From then on I continued 1 pill for two days then 2 pills for another 3 days. I already was feeling great and finally regular for once! I stopped taking them after day 5 because I personally felt it wasnt necessary for me to do the full 10 days.

The bottle suggests being home and near a bathroom...I expected a sudden OMG i have to get to the bathroom NOW moment... but it wasnt that way at all. I did experience slight cramping but I cant pin that on this product. I have a 2 month old and i breastfed for a while so lovely "Aunt Flo" hasnt shown her face yet. So, it could be her prepping for her "visit" soon. Being that said... I will definitely plan to do another colon cleanse!!!
