AVASIA Prenatal Vitamins

                                      

Having good prenatal care before, during, and after you get pregnant is the most important thing on a woman's agenda.
Usually when you go to your OB-GYN they give you a bunch of samples of prenatal vitamins. If you go to the health department, you get a two or three month supply.

As everyone knows a pregnancy is 9 months long and you  need to take prenatal vitamins at least until you have the baby. It is also suggested to continue taking prenatal vitamins after you have the baby.

AVASIA is a great product, the pills are not too big and they are easy to swallow. I really like the fact the bottle contains 150 vitamins!

Longest Lasting Super Bright Rim Lights

                                        



On my second date with my fiancé, we went on a bike ride. My fiancé told me he once rode his bike to and from work. Since I have started a healthier lifestyle, I am thinking about starting night time bike rides.

I really like the idea of having a cool light on each of my bicycle wheels. I was really excited to be given the opportunity to try these great long lasting, super bright rim lights!

As usual I did a little investigation on the product and found this on Amazon.

I have not had much time to actually put this product in to use. I will use them once I actually am able to ride my bike. Right now it is in the corner of my bedroom, where its impossible to get out to use.

I really think this is a cool product and it looks really easy to install. I was also pleased at the fact they already had batteries. Most the time you have to supply your own batteries.

Wholy Water

                                    

Everyone has one of those moments where they stink up the bathroom. You might be sick, ate something wrong, or like me and have a sensitive stomach (I have no gall bladder).

When you have one of those moments, everyone else suffers from the "poop monster" smell! EWWW
                                   

It seems like no matter how much you spray, it does not really get rid of the smell. You either have to use a TON of spray to mask it or it will smell like poopy flowers! YUCK!

I first used the product with the recommended amount of sprays and it was SUPER strong! The next time I used the product, I only used two sprays and it was the PERFECT amount!
